You should use #Wise Footer Sitelinks widget. Create a menu for Sitelinks by creating new menu assigning to Sitelinks First Column and Sitelinks Second Column. For instructions on how to create menus, please refer to How to Create WordPress Navigation Menu. Footer Menu on Wise Panel is for single footer style.

    1. Thank you for you reminder, we’ll add that soon. The full carousel slider is large compare to the demo because of its featured image ratio, like what it said before, it should have a size of 730×438 and other factor might be because of its long title.

    2. Those posts that are mark featured can only be displayed on the carousel. If you are going to use it by post ID, it should have a format as this: 123, 145, 112. The post ID should be separated by a comma like that is indicated on the widget itself. If you are just going to pick just a category, nothing will display, unless you’ve set a post as featured or add post ID on the widget. We’ve tested it on your site a while ago and your post ID is not just a three digit number but some are four digits. Make sure you place the right post ID number.

The Full Carousel is designed for Top Document position while the Normal Carousel is designed for Homepage Column. In order for normal carousel to fill the whole carousel, it should have a size of a minimum 730×438 pixels as well as for Full Carousel.

Accessed through your site, it seems that carousel won’t work because no post ID was added in #Home – Featured Contents or no posts was setup as a featured post. From posts, it could be done on your posts editor, click Set as Featured. Check it out in our documentation on section 3.5.

On the AD issue, With Background means it has a white background and Without Background means it is transparent. On your dashboard, it is setup as Without Background, making its AD background transparent.

Just go to Appearance => Widgets. Select your Widget Column (Homepage Column), and click Save on Revolution Slider widget to re-save it.

I saw your site. It seems that it doesn’t load, as the documentation stated, you just need to re-save Revolution Slider widget.

Don’t worry it’s just a minor issue of One Click Demo Import plugin and not by us. It won’t harm the site, it just don’t import WooCommerce attribute color black, blue, green. They would fix that on their next update of the plugin.

It seems that Google Maps API doesn’t connect using your key. You should consider these factors:

    • Confirm the API Key you copied and pasted is correct.
    • Make sure your domain name matches the one you’ve registered with the API Key. A slight misspelling will prevent the maps to work.
    • Make sure your Google Maps JavaScript API and Google Static Maps API is enabled on your API project. You can check if the API is enabled from Library Google Maps APIs. If it is disabled, the dashboard will not show analytics and the button on the top shows Enable, which you should click Enable to enable it.

Check out our articles about How to Get Google Maps JavaScript API Key.

Did you save the en_US.mo and en_US.po you have generated to the parent theme => lang folder? If it is, you might need to restart your browser or your server for changes to reflect. Make sure your are using en_US language from your WordPress dashboard and you have generated en_US.mo and en_US.po. Try the file we’ve provide above.

There’s no way you can change the Donate button on WordPress dashboard or Wise Panel. However, it can be changed by using WordPress translation file wise-church.pot. It is located at your theme file => lang => wise-church.pot.

To translate a theme follow these instructions:

    1. Install Poedit on your computer.
    2. Go to your theme directory => lang/wise-church.pot and open the .pot file.
    3. Click Create new translation from the bottom part of Poedit software.
    4. Choose language (use English United States), then click OK.
    5. Find the word Donate and change it to your desired word like Give.
    6. Click Save. Your en_US.mo and en_US files should be saved on the lang folder of the theme.

To help you out, you can download and extract the en_US.mo and en_US.po file here. Just extract the en_US.zip file to lang folder of the theme.
