KeymasterDefining language from WordPress dashboard is not enough. WordPress themes needed to be translated manually according to your desired language. There are several tutorials on the internet you may find but it is just easy as this:
1. Install Poedit.
2. Go to your theme directory => lang/wise-mag.pot and opent the .pot file.
3. Click Create new translation from the bottom part of Poedit software.
4. Choose a language then click OK.
5. You can now translate each words, phrase or sentence by choosing each source text and adding your translation from the bottom part of Poedit software.
6. After you’re done on each word, phrase or sentence, click Save.
7. To activate your translation on WordPress, go to General Settings => Site Language. Choose your language based on what you’ve translated. Click Save Changes.March 23, 2017 at 11:39 AM in reply to: Can't login to Admin – Recaptcha – ERROR for site owner #494Probewise

KeymasterHave you provided a site key for Google reCAPTCHA? If it is not, and you have just used the imported site key from us (via demo import), reCAPTCHA won’t work. You should create your own site key and secret key for your site as it was stated in the documentation on section 4.9 Security Settings. If you need to disable reCAPTCHA for admin login page, go to Appearance => Wise Panel => Security Settings, and turn off Enable Google reCAPTCHA for Login Form, then Save Changes.

KeymasterIf you have WooCommerce installed, its because My Account Page is not configured. To set My Account page from WooCommerce go to WooCommerce => Accounts => My Account Page. Choose the right page for My Account Page, from the demo content, it is My Account.

KeymasterSorry, but your question is out of scope with regards to our support policy which is not related to our product. Anyway, if you want to use Gmail as an email for it, you can use Gmail SMTP plugin.

KeymasterGood to know, it has been successfully imported. The Revolution Slider widget should be re-saved as advised in the documentation so that the homepage will show up. And please be reminded, that you need to configure maps and other things. You can find instructions on the documentation.

KeymasterHello,
Unfortunately, we cannot install the demo contents to your site because of a slow server you have. Even when switching page sections, deleting and installation of plugin, it took 30 seconds to 1 minute to load/respond. As it was stated in the documentation, to import the demo contents, you should have a fast server. Others with the same issue (https://www.probewise.com/support/topic/problems-with-demo-plug-in/), was resolve, seeing that they have a fast web hosting server. Even if you use other theme with one click demo import, it won’t work because of a slow server, otherwise, you should configure your site manually. If you need improve your site’s server, you should contact your web hosting provider. I hope you’ll understand as we do our best to resolve customer’s problems with regards to our product.
Regards,

KeymasterIt’s working on mobile. We’ve tested it, see screenshots below. It might be your phone’s internet connection, phone’s browser or other factors which causes to break when in mobile.
Please be reminded that it is not good to modify the theme’s CSS file using the parent theme in the WordPress editor because for security purposes, it doesn’t allow certain characters like backslash which will break the theme. It is better to use child themes (see WordPress Codex Child Themes).

KeymasterWe’ve already accessed to your site, installed the recommended and required plugins, and imported the demo contents smoothly without an error. Your server is doing fine. It might be your internet connection or other factors that prevents the installation of the demo content. Anyway, to complete your installation, you should also get and configure Google Maps API key for maps. You can find instructions in the documentation on section 3.13 Add Google Maps API Key.
