    We’re sorry, plugin is included in the theme and it will work fine, but Screets API Key is not included as it is only registered to our demo site. If you need a key for updates and support from its author a license is necessary if you’ll purchase it. However, as it was stated, it should work fine without API key.

    Have you configured Screets Live Chat plugin already (Live Chat => Options =>Site info and Real-time)? You should create a firebase project first that will act as a platform server for Live Chat. Instructions is included in the real-time page from options of Live Chat. And by the way, the newest version of the theme and the bundled plugins, including Live Chat will be rolled out soon.

    SORRY BUT THE NEW CHAT PLUGIN YOU ADD ON THE UPDATE FILE. AFTER SETTING UP THE DATABASE AND ADDING ALL API, IDS. WHEN YOU CLICK ON CHAT CONSOLE IT BECOMES BLANK.

    Can you give us screenshots on both backend (Chat Console and Options) and frontend (homepage with live chat)?
